What personalisation means here
Not “Hi, Sarah”.
A fact worth mentioning.
We look for something public, current, and relevant to the offer. If a useful fact is not there, we flag the record. We do not manufacture one.

Illustrative company and message. Live work uses sourced facts and client-approved proofs.
Sarah,
I noticed Northstar has opened three senior engineering roles in Manchester.
We have just mapped the salary movement behind that hiring market, including the roles where expectations moved fastest.
Thought the two-page briefing might be more useful on your desk than another link in your inbox.

The starting brief
Give us the list.
Tell us what you sell.
We will reply with a straight view on what can be researched, which format fits, and what the first 25-name run should contain.
Not ready to upload a list?
Describe the companies and buyers in the message box. That is enough to start.
Useful questions
Before you send the spreadsheet.
What counts as a useful data point?
A public fact that creates a credible bridge to your offer: a new role, a location change, a product launch, an accreditation, a planning application, a published target, or another current business event. It has to be relevant, not merely available.
Do you need named contacts?
No. A company list and buyer role can be enough to scope the work. Named business contacts help when the final piece needs to reach a particular person.
Is the handwriting actually done with a pen?
Yes. The pen-written format uses a physical pen held by a writing machine. For longer pieces, professional print is usually the better format.
What if there is nothing interesting to find?
We flag the record and agree whether to replace it, use a broader researched angle, or leave it out. The service does not depend on pretending every company has a perfect signal.
